Established in 2012, Al Shamal Solutions Military Consultancy LLC (Shamal) is part of the Remah International Group (RIG), ISO 9001:2015 compliant, and licensed under Commercial License CN-1376086.
Shamal is a proven capability management, workforce, and professional learning and development services provider for the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Management and Crisis Preparedness (SSDEC) sector. Our strength is the high calibre of our advisors, instructors, analysts, and consultants who have a wealth of knowledge and practical experience across local, regional, and international military, law enforcement, and firefighting and rescue agencies.
Shamal also invests heavily in building local, regional, and international strategic partnerships to leverage complementary strengths, and expand the range of capability solutions we can make available to our clients.
Through the delivery of tailored capability solutions, Shamal can support organisations in achieving effective capability management. Through a guided capability analysis process, Shamal subject matter experts (SMEs) will:
- assist organisations to better understand, and effectively integrate the organisation’s capacity to achieve strategic and operational objectives; and
- develop and deliver solutions that focus on the management of the interlinking functions and activities in the organisation's strategic and operational contexts.
In addition to the provision of specialist workforce and consultancy services, Shamal is able to deliver a broad range of learning and development programs, ranging from highly specialised military disciplines through to non-technical fields including leadership, management, human resources, and communications.
Our professional instructors, assessors, and educational analysts are skilled in adult learning and contemporary learning and development practices, including Emirati Systems Approach to Training (ESAT).
